EVALUATION:

Training that delivers.

We were asked to assist Bespoke Training & Development in developing their brand, as they looked to expand their already successful operation.


Bespoke delivers management and selling training to many industries, with pharmaceuticals a speciality. Their branding and collateral hadn't really been developed over the years so there was plenty to get our teeth into.



Bespoke's clients seem to agree that they really listen to their needs and deliver compelling courses that engage and delight in equal measure. Much of the feedback they had gathered from clients centred on how Bespoke are involved in all aspects of the strategy and really listen before they take action. They also are very involved in helping clients to measure the results, critical in building accountable, long-term, and effective business relationships.

DIFFERENTIATION:

Passion and intensity.

Over the years we've developed a pretty good radar for business culture and the guys at Bespoke are an interesting bunch.


They obviously really enjoy what they do but underpinning this is a very real intensity and passion for what they do.

Using our Archetypes for Branding system, we delved deeper into the DNA of the business to find a personality that truly reflects their approach - something that makes them stand out from the crowd. We quickly settled on MENTOR, as it fitted well with the friendly arm around the shoulder that they seem to provide to clients and their people.


But something else was needed. After debate with all involved we added the ALCHEMIST to the mix which adds that bit of magic, and highlights that creating change for individuals and businesses is the ultimate goal.

EXPRESSION:

Solid, reliable, personal, dynamic.

To consolidate the positioning, we  developed the strapline;


Engaging. Inspiring. Transforming.


This highlights that Bespoke Training & Development undertake a process that delivers results.

In addition we created a range of backgrounds that transform from one of the chosen brand colours to another. We also added some modern illustrations to avoid the cheesy photos that can sometime jar.


As usual a Brand Manual swiftly followed to give anyone interacting with the brand a better understanding of the positioning and a clear set of rules.

ACTIVATION:

On their wavelength.

The new branding has been applied to a fully responsive, single page, website featuring testimonials from key clients.


Our aim here is to simplify the message and encourage enquiries.

We've also created a Powerpoint template that includes the various graduated backgrounds. This means that the brand is followed through from initial enquiry to the delivery of training programmes.
